Little serious. Yesterday evening Saturday at 9 I go to refuel but as soon as I entered the ATM machine I see the ATM written out of service, I wait a few seconds but I do not pull out the card .. then wait for another 10 minutes but nothing. Check if the number of the operator is near the gas pump but nothing to do. Conclusion between several calls to the police metronotte and securpoll I could not go back to the manager and get the card back! Their answer "Wait for Monday morning when it opens" !! Saturday night finished without money in your pocket and without gasoline !! As law the number of the manager must be within reach of the customer for any inconveniences. Blocked card on Monday. We are in Italy.
