I go to arrange the headlights of my car and I get an appointment for Tuesday morning without specifying time, Tuesday I bring the car at 10 and the owner tells me that he was left behind with previous work and asks me if I can come back Thursday morning without give me a specific time. Unprofessional but it can happen, patience. On Thursday morning at 10:30 I bring the car back, this time the owner complains about the timetable, I point out that if he wanted me to bring it to a specific time just ask me, which he never did, but insists on tell me it's late and asks me if I can take the car another day, to which I tell him it does not matter and I'm leaving. I'm sorry because I've been their client for many years and I know well the son who is a magnificent person, very kind and always available.
