Enter the pharmacy and find the footprints drawn on the ground of both the foot and the legs, this already deserves 5 stars. Staff very courteous and able to bear the paturnias of customers. I happened to be present at a scene that seemed to come out of a comic film. I don't envy them !!!

Not satisfied at all, they have already caused me discomfort for a drug for veterinary use. The first time I ordered it, it should have arrived two days later in the morning, I introduce myself and no, there isn't, it arrives in the afternoon (wasted time and fuel, also because I don't live in the area). The same drug was reordered, I go to pick it up after about 15/20 days from the order (the recipe was still valid) and no, the drug is not there "maybe we didn't order it because it costs so much and we had to give the ok" but when? These were not the agreements. Returned this afternoon, with the expired recipe for two days and it turns out that the drug was there, and the pharmacist had not been able to find it. Moral: they made me a thousand stories to get it despite the mistake it was and I also have to spend 5 € to make up for the recipe (it's not the 5 € in itself but more a matter of principle). I'll have to keep going to them because they are the only ones to find it but I'm not happy at all.

Rude and rude staff and not at all professional! They want to sell you only drugs or products they want. And to get what you want, you just have to fight. They make you a thousand problems and ask you a thousand questions even on the staff to buy a medicine, which in other pharmacies they give quietly without too many problems.
