Ripa Relais

Nice location and very clean. The sheets and towels are as clean as they come. The people are also very helpful and genuine. The breakfast was not bad but could be better. The only hitch for us was a breakdown of the AC the first night. There was a real attempt to fix it and genuine response but they were unable to do so and were unable to provide another room - sold out that night. They offered to put us in another hotel but it was past midnight and we elected not to do so. Last but not least and unsolicited, they made a billing adjustment for the first night. I would come back here again.

Truly amazing privately owned hotel. Stunning scenery, fantastic room. SPA POOL Quality restaurant And unbelievable value Only thing is a motorway was built near by a couple of years ago, but don't let that put you off. Fly to Perugia airport hotel 15 minute drive. I went there on business, but will go back again for pleasure.

The very warm, welcoming and friendly people we met everywhere in Italy - we did not find them here. Especially not in the restaurant which belongs to the place. It really feels like they doing a favour to you that you are allowed to spend your money here. The rooms are ok, but in some parts extremely old (elecricity, sanitaries). I wouldn't call it dodgy but most of the hundreds hotel rooms I have seen in my life so far were cleaner than this. The street nearby is loud 24/7, so are starting airplanes (only a few per day). The garden is beautiful, but the rest does not keep that promise.
