I entered the shop, almost by chance, with the idea of ​​browsing in what seemed, judging from the outside, a slightly different exercise from the others. Inside, the impression is confirmed: many beautiful things and fair prices. But what literally won me over was the welcome of the owners, very young and really very nice and kind. I went out with a nice pair of glasses made in Italy, charged with their enthusiasm and good humor. After a few hours, I had to return to report a defect in the glasses, one of those that happen to one in a million people. Well, as proof of the seriousness of Manuela and Fabio, the owners, after reassuring me, promptly contacted the supplier to report the problem and ask for a replacement under warranty. It was Friday afternoon and I was going home 36 hours later. With a series of messages they informed me daily on the evolution of my practice and the following Wednesday I saw a package containing a pair of beautiful new glasses (of which I am extremely satisfied) delivered by the courier, in Turin, where I live. All in less than three working days !!! So, I would like to publicly thank the entire staff of Milampshop (they have a very good saleswoman!) For such great availability and seriousness. A praise also for the manufacturing company: the inconvenience can always happen; in this case Mazuum has shown great seriousness and speed in assistance ..
