Here there is no seriousness. I stopped at noon to eat a sandwich and found Autogrill closed, even if it says "Yes, we're open!". Three hours later the restaurant is always closed, without even a sign on the doors.

I have often been out of necessity, as it is close to where I live and every time I have to wait a lot of time to be served at the GPL, as the staff is constantly on the phone. The staff leaves before the scheduled times, not guaranteeing the service lpg.
