I live in the vico next to the bar, I called this morning at 9:30 for two cappuccinos and two empty croissants. Initially I said the name of the vico, the street number and the surname (as is done from all sides) that anyone who dresses in the plains would have found (and not only) but the lady instead of giving directions to the delivery boy, decided to be "explain" where he was but instead of hearing my explanation, he kept on understanding anything and then he told me to wait outside because the boy would soon arrive. After half an hour out I did not see anyone coming and I called to explain better where it was (because already from the first call did not convince me) but the lady did not want to hear the explanation saying that I understood (I also wanted to add more things to ' order but did not give me to talk so I did not ask anything else), at the third call I wanted to cancel the order but without letting me speak, the lady complained that she still had my order on the counter and then I said I wanted to talk with the boy to explain it directly to him and did not even want to pass it. A few minutes ago breakfast finally arrived .... It would also have been something to fly over, but it began to unnerve me the way he answered me from the first call with phrases like "aró staj e k vuó?" I'm just sorry for the delivery guy who was sent around in vain.
