When I needed real help (flat tires 4 of them and my camp was 8 km away our bikes where the only transportation) they refused to help it was 18:45 and they close at 19:00. I understand they have a strict working hours but experts as they claim they are can change or at least try to change at least two or one tire right? I am very disapponted and from all the places I have travelled with bike this I want permenently to delete from my memory!
