I went to the store for a copy of keys, one of which turned out after the non-working copy (which of course can happen, for heaven's sake), but pointed out to one of the employees he proved rude, opinionated as well as careless. He recovered the offending key and also the working one (exactly, even the working one) and returned the money. Not very useful, since I needed the copy work done artfully (much advertised on the hardware shop window). First and last time.
