AIDASol 15.02.-22.02.2020 Are currently on AIDASol and overall it has been really great so far. However, I have to say that the service and friendliness has really waned in recent years. Even during the sea rescue exercise, the tone was unfriendly and harsh. It is clear that this is not for fun. However, it is not a nice start to your vacation if you get tapped in the stairwell because you take a selfie while waiting in the life jacket. A friendly note would have been understandable and please also in the courtesy formula - you! My friend got a violent rash from the bedding and towels, an allergic reaction. Sure, the doctor gave ointment and a cortisone syringe, the bedclothes and the like. s. w. however, could not be changed. In the past, things would have been removed immediately and rinsed again without detergent to ensure our well-being. Yesterday only the statement - there would be no way. The sound is no better in the wellness area. People who want to take a look at the sauna area are whispered roughly: I can't let them in there. It is textile free! Instead of showing a few pictures and explaining something about it. Pretty bad. I don't feel like more now. But it really lowers the holiday mood. But the weather is great, and our room service, Renato, who prepares our cabin every day, is really great. So there is light. Oh, so you know who we are: cabin 12106. The name above is a synonym. Traveling with AIDAsol was great fun. I would recommend everyone to go on a trip like this. Holidays of a special kind! Everything is organized down to the last detail, if you like, or very easily on your own. Everyone as he likes. There is always something for everyone. Not only on the US flights, but also in the various restaurants. If you want, you can have beef fillet on the plate every day, or you can get involved with something new that you don't know yet. So much is possible on the ship, everything can, nothing has to!
