Planning course ... A very welcoming staff, to each their own workstation and the chef personally speaking has taught us many things, many tips for making truly exceptional homemade bread. A theoretical lesson combined with a very interesting practice, with exchanges of opinions and ideas between us participants and the chef. At the end of the lesson in addition to the bread made by us to take home and some flour, the top yeast. A lesson that is not boring at all, congratulations!

A unique experience ... Mondays are a bit 'sad because I would tornar to give lessons ... I learned the basic techniques of pastry and little tricks that did not know existed. Cristina is really well prepared, courteous, and willing to give you useful tips to make sweets at home .. the top !! Marco also had a great time, he delighted us with his dishes during a brief interval, which made you do during the course of three hours (I always did the encore). Another key point is the cleanliness, taken care of by a very kind lady, and the well-equipped environment. If you love making sweets and want to improve yourself, I highly recommend it !!! Ps. I made a custard tart and jam, which thanks to them, came crumbly and tasty .... especially not burned :)

I took a course from them and I must say it was definitely a more than positive experience! Comfortable stations, complete with everything, taught prepared, very kind and helpful. Surely repplicherò

I don't often review, because I think we should know a place well before talking about it, and having tried so many cooking schools I know I can't judge one after just one lesson. In the case of FoodLab I leave my review after having attended both amateur basic cooking courses and both amateur pastry courses, plus a multitude of single-topic courses, and are waiting to attend others because new ones are constantly coming out. And only after having tried the other cooking schools available in Turin and in the rest of Italy I can only recommend FoodLab 100% and confirm that it is the most practical and high-performing cooking school you can find! Lessons never boring, passages explained in the least detail, availability and extreme competence of the teachers, who dispense suggestions and tricks with patience and sympathy, a wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, in short, out of there you will be really better at cooking! And the quality / price ratio is certainly unbeatable.

Well done. They follow the students impeccably, giving useful advice as well as being able to make everyone prepare excellent dishes. They make you want to stay in the kitchen and cook "as if there were no tomorrow". I attended Basic Cooking Techniques 1 and 2 ... now my wife leaves me in the kitchen without danger that she will only find her fried food or pasta for dinner 😁. fresh and top quality ingredients ... a mention also to the chilli pepper to be used sparingly because it is so spicy 😄
