Great availability and professionalism. I came from previous experiences, not very beautiful and with damages (alas) not recoverable for my cat but the doctor was very welcoming and able to buffer the situation. I have not found the prices excessive, it is certainly the study of a specialist. The plus for me is listening to the customer and the non-interventionist approach at all costs.

The studio is right on the road and my little dog, a very shy 15 year old woman, was very scared about the passage of the tram and cars. As soon as she entered, however, the sweetness and grace of Doctor Bonello reassured her immediately and the visit was a walk.
