Hotel Almina

Negative: - When we arrived I asked the receptionist some ideas of what to visit. She just told me to check online. I tried to insist but realized she wasn't interested. - almost all the wellness things are in the naked area. Only a small pool with a small kiddie slide is for clothed people - No one explained us where things were in the hotel or how the food arrangements worked - the afternoon snack is very poor - drinks are only included at breakfast - we had included 6 ski passes. They didn't inform us previously that the lift wouldn't be working. When we arrived the receptionist also didn't inform us. She gave us 2 discounts of 10€ each (not usable together) to use in their massages (that cost on average 60€ each). We were only informed that this was their "replacement" after we asked about the ski passes. Positive: - The room was modern and pretty and from the balcony we could see and hear the river - the road that leads to the hotel is very pretty - breakfast and dinner was good - there are many things for kids (outdoor playground, trampolin in the summer, indoor playroom, table soccer, flippers) - there is a garage (more than 2m high) with a connection for electric cars - connection/elevator to the garage, pool and bedrooms - complimentary bathrobe, pool towel and slippers - free bottle of water in the bedroom on the first night -vending machine selling chocolats

One of our favorites. Good food, excellent spa and swimming pool. Nice people. Ski bus stops in front of the hotel

Super cool and good

Great hotel. Stayed here for 5 days in July. Good location for tours around the beautiful region. The hotel serves excellent food and has a great pool area and a play grund for the kids. Clean, friendly staff and a beautiful view. The rooms are missing a water kettle for Tea and Coffee as well as a refrigutator for storing cold drinks. This would have given the last star.
