Nice terrace campsite for motorhomes with good sized pitches and beautiful views of the city and the surrounding mountains. City can be reached by foot or bus. Meran2000 is only a short walk away. From there lots of hiking possibilities. Access to roof top spa is included in price. Sanitary facilities fine but not as spotless as mentioned in earlier reviews. Staff at the hotel (& camping) reception friendly but a little overwhelmed at times.

*VEGAN FRIENDLY*... it's a beautiful Campground in amazing scenery. very clean and new sanitary facilities, but the biggest plus from us is the specific VEGAN MENU in their restaurant with a large variety of choices. We had a great dinner with delicious meals.

Always a good site for short stays or longer. Staff very helpful and shower and washing blocks always spotless. We visit here often.

We are currently cycle touring across Europe and had called the campsite an hour before arrival, after a long day of cycling, at 6pm. On the phone we were quoted a price of €14.40 for 2 people to camp in 1 tent for 1 night. On arrival the price increased to €37 which we could not afford, there was no apology. We were left stranded and the hotel managers did not care one bit.

A very nice campsite, situated in a beautiful spot, with a beautiful view over the valley. Excellent sanitary facilities. It is a pity that you are not allowed to find a place yourself, it is assigned and then everyone is also crammed together. Because the places are very small, there is a chance that a strong smoker will be put right next to you. When registering, you are requested to park your car in the parking lot and place the caravan on the gravel and NOT on the grass next to it. However, there were hardly any caravans without a car next to them and many camping equipment turned out to be on the grass. Well, if your window with a view is facing the valley, you have a 50% chance that your door is on the wrong side. Back at the reception I said that I would like to get my car away, but then all other cars must also be gone. Then I just parked my car at the caravan.
