This is one of these rare places where you spend the money and get an exceptional experience in return. It's fabulous. The room in itself felt like a sanctuary and the infinity pool's view is just beyond words. Forest sauna, yoga studio, and the forest itself... And the restaurants are serving fantastic food too... Already looking forward to be back!

Did not stand up to all the hype that is built up by the place. Location great, room was really good, service staff incl. reception were super friendly but there was huge space for improvement in restaurant service that you expect from a 5s and a place that preaches about it. They treated us like day guest and offered only bar menu for lunch on our arrival, took 40 minutes and more than 2 reminders to get get just ice cubes. We went with open minds for dinner in the classic restaurant, the waiter was on wheels and so much in stress to cover tables he never stood for more than 10 secs to explain or answer our questions. In the end our first day started and ended with bit of stress and unpleasantness. Both pools and sauna are totally worth a dip and visit (be aware both are warm pools). The activities on offer in general are wide and varied and we did the forest bathing and my wife tried the yoga but have say that the description on the website on forest bathing and reality was no way close. We mentioned this as feedback to the reception at checkout and the reply was we are sorry and it should have not happened (OMG- great thanks, it has happened what do you do to address it?) We were so looking forward after hearing about the place and in total it was an ok experience but not wow or awesome we imagined. Have experienced better service and hospitality in my travels across countries. If service isn’t what you looking but a nice location, good amenities and getaway then go for it.

Amazing place! I went there for a job, so the hotel was actually closed to the public , opened just for us. So we didn't try all the services, but the locations and the rooms were stunning. Lots of choice on the gluten free food too. Friendly and professional staff.
