Very impolite. We have been dealing with it for 15 years and it always takes a lot of effort to get there. Not a figurehead for Germany. Every office in Germany is friendlier and more helpful.

Unfriendly - Processing times too long - very expensive - 1 passport for adults and 2 children's passports € 287.00 and everything without a receipt !!!!! Complimenti

Rather unfriendly ... and I wonder ... where the consulate is located ... since it looks more like a law firm ... which works with outdated legal books ... no trace of help ...
