I really think I'll never go back to that agency. I went to make the ticket for a Serie C Modena match for my girlfriend and 3 children. They did not know that for those under 14 years does not serve the card (as they do a pre-sale, and I pay 5 euro to a total of EUR 10 of their commission, they are required to know). I returned the next day with the intention of making the ticket only for 2 adults, they realized only while I was making the ticket that the fan's card had expired, not knowing that it had been extended until August 2018, so I left and returned there. Only after the phone call from Modena Calcio that told him the deadline to be indicated in the system, were they able to issue tickets. I do not doubt that they are good at organizing trips, but to make tickets for Serie C matches, they are a bit disorganized. They were not at all friendly as behavior.
