Very comfortable hotel! Great rooms, enjoyed the spa, and excellent breakfast. Dinner was good, many dietary restrictions accommodated - the salad bar was my favorite course each dinner. Parking was a plus and close to the city center but higher up on the mountain so it made it peaceful.
Hospitality from owner is zero. On arrival wasn't proposed portiere service for luggages(you just can imagine how many you have when you go for skiing all family).
If you like pain in your back every morning it's right place for you. Mattress are very old. Even rooms are quite consumed.
Restaurant and room services are really good. Food quality i woud give 3stars.
Amazing family run hotel right on the sella Ronda with top quality food, excellent rooms and fantastic spa.
Very comfortable, convenient location excellent hosts.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel location is wonderful, because it is placed right next to the slope.
