Heaven for me! This hotel is all about the view and spa! It is one of the very few hotels w the best location on Seiser Alm. 6 star for the view, you have to book a panoramic room if you come here. 5 star for the beautiful modern spa, the outdoor pool is to die for w the view. Don’t forget to book spa treatments, lovely and reasonably priced. 5 star for the room, huge, modern and again the view. The half board dinner is also well served and of good quality. Breakfast is solid. They have a shuttle to take you to Compaccio in the morning and pick you up from the bus station in the afternoon after your day of biking and hiking. We loved our stay! Seldom you find a place so secluded and luxurious that ticks all the boxes. My 2 wishes for improvement are a bit more smiles and greetings from the owners. Somehow I didn’t get that warm sud Tyrol smile 😊 and greeting. Internet connection is too slow and patchy. My own mobile hotspot is faster. Anyway you won’t forget your stay here for a long time.

It is nice to find some places offering something different from usual local specialties.
Stayed 2 nites. top notch service. dinner five stars. stunning swimming pool. newly decorated rooms. the only let down is the WiFi. they only allow 2 machines connected at anytime (1 per person). i have to log off my phone in order for my iPad to be connected. very inconvenient.
Nice views. Wish i can stay in this hotel. Must be relaxing.
