Hotel Restaurant Pizzeria Zum Klostersepp

We arrived around 20:45 on Saturday night and it was extremely busy. Right away it was clear they were understaffed. Only one waiter for the entire patio area and I believe there was one other waitress on the other side. Either way, they need more staff serving. There were two other expediters that helped bring food or clear tables. The pizza was taking over an hour from the time if the order we were told. Not sure why though. Understaffed kitchen? Underperforming oben? Not sure, but certainly something to improve on if it is always or very often like that. We did not order pizza. I had a Schnitzel and my wife the Eier Bandnudeln Mozzarella Pasta. I liked my Schnitzel. My wife did not enjoy the pasta so much. We also had a nice Feinschmecker Salat with Schrumpfen. That was good as well. The food came really quickly, which surprised us. All in all, if they could improve on the pasta and staffing properly to avoid slow service and an hour wait time for pizza. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
