After I got stuck with my car on the motorway, the towing service from Plattner Franz & Co. OHG quickly picked me up and dragged the vehicle to his workshop.
The repair was carried out quickly and professionally. Everything was to my complete satisfaction!
Negative experience. These people are waiting for other people's misfortunes to earn money. For a Fiat Fiorino 1.3 multijet alternator, I was asked for € 450.00
Overhauled not new, think that new on the internet costs 98.00 €. only the gentleman who helped us was very kind.
I refer back to Mr. Plattner's answer regarding the kindness that by the way they did to accompany us to the hotel, but only to accompany us because I was already entitled to an overnight stay, you were asked by my roadside assistance when they had no hotels nearby agreement, I was the one to accept, otherwise I was entitled to a replacement car, in order not to aggravate further expenses to my roadside assistance I accepted everything, I think not everyone would have accepted, to premise that the distance from the hotel was not even 3 km .
It is true that the repair was € 422.00 but after I pointed out that the unconditioned new piece cost € 93.00 as I was given by you and to make matters worse they kept mine as well.
They recovered me after a breakdown on the highway and repaired my car in a short time. Professional, courteous and honest.
