Ordered birthday cake (fruit tart), budgeted 3 kg at 20/25 euros per kg (.... who knows why 20/25 and not a precise price). They go to collect the birthday girls, who are presented with a cake that abundantly exceeds 4kg, for a total of 100 euros. Having made the necessary complaints, the answer was: "if you don't want it, I will cut it into small pieces and sell it in pieces". After a solemn anger they make a 10 euro discount ... Of the candles that the bon ton would like to give as gifts, not even the shadow. Packaged cake with a prevalence of large slices of pineapple in syrup (fresh pineapple among other things costs very little and is much better), a little peaches and some rare kiwis. Strawberries that we had recommended in abundance, perhaps in a whole basket, and without the leaves having been removed (hopefully we have at least washed them). The pastry, thick and very hard, is completely finished in the dustbin: inedible. Never again for charity, not even the bread that I usually buy in this place, for decades now! Too bad for Lignano: there is already a crisis, if then we behave like this ... of course people go elsewhere, where the relationship between quality and price is sustainable and a smile is also offered for free.
