I was afflicted with severe pain in my right shoulder. The orthopedist I had contacted recommended me a cycle of Tecar therapy and so I contacted Dr. Osgnach. He treated me with Tecar and with expert massages with the result that after the suspension of the sessions, within a few weeks, the pain completely disappeared, thus avoiding the surgery feared by the orthopedist in case I didn't solve it. I made a number of physiotherapy sessions accompanied by osteopathic maneuvers as well as the tecarterapia at the office of Dr. Ingmar, for a problem with the back pain and digestive problems. All caused by lumbar and cervical disc hernias. From a careful initial analysis, the doctor immediately understood what is the way to go. After a few sessions the disorder was completely removed. Persistent pains in the cervical tract with irradiation on the right side of the trapezius up to the interscapular area forced me to investigate the problem with analyzes. MRI showed the presence of cervical osteoarthritis and 3 disc protrusions in the C4-C7 vertebral tract. I entrusted to Dr. Ingmar that with patience and professionalism, through the combination of manual manipulations and the use of the instrumentation he was able to restore in a couple of months a satisfactory physical condition by eliminating the pains due to cervicalgia in the affected area and giving back freedom of movement in the upper back section. I particularly thank the Doctor for his work.

I turned to Dr. Osgnach for the functional recovery of the right shoulder after an arthroscopic surgery on the rotator cuff with repair of the supraspinatus and acromionplasty. The situation was complicated by the fact that an accidental fall two months after the surgery had completely compromised the functionality of the right arm, eliminating the normal postoperative recovery and exacerbating the pain that beset me day and night. After a careful examination of the situation, the doctor began a treatment based on Tecartherapy and on maneuvers that provided for the progressive mobilization on the various floors of the affected limb. The result, after about three months of treatment, was excellent: the pain disappeared and the functionality completely recovered (the higher shelves of the kitchen cabinets are no longer a problem ...). I would like to underline how the mutual trust created between me and Dr. Ingmar during the treatment represented an important and probably fundamental element of the healing process.
