The two guys did not speak a word of English and I, not a word of Italian. However they were very patient and through the use of 'Google Translate', gestures, pointing etc we finally arrived at an understanding. Taking my scooter back in the morning for the front forks to be replaced. The price agreed was acceptable. I will try to remember to update this once the work is done.
