Imposing structure with doubtful architectural taste. The city developed hastily in the seventies without any respect for the "Genius Loci", no gut, no protection from the prevailing winds. it seems that the inspiration is not Ligurian but rather an anonymous neighborhood of Turin from which the builders probably come. Too bad, a missed opportunity, given the very "important" central position and image.
