Truly incompetent office, uncivilized and incompetent administrator

After a year of having an apartment managed by this gentleman, I was able to talk to him twice and to see him at the only condominium assembly. He always gets denied by his secretaries always with the same excuses. The worst administrator of my life, a nightmare. I don't recommend it to anyone. Even for me a star is too much, it is from scratch.

Professionalism zero because they do not engage in the slightest, I do not say in solving, but at least try to address even one of the various problems that may be present in a condominium. The administrator is then a ghost; it is impossible to talk to us by phone or in person. You always deny the secretaries and say that I pay him the salary! Openings to the public are reduced to a few hours and at times impossible for those who work. There is no reasonable explanation for those who gave ratings with 4 or 5 stars. Paid cash? A star is definitely too much!

Definitely positive experience. Professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. The administrators are very competent and well organized. Advisable for their correctness

here is one of the worst condominium administration studios in Florence! After 2 years of being a stable owner and this "studio" administers my condominium I have not been able to talk about it or see the Accountant who owns the office. It will be a ghost! The secretaries do not answer the phone, after 10 minutes of waiting do not know how to give answers, you can only wait, make the sign of the cross and hope that one day there is another administration.
