I was charged 30€ for a "e-bike service" which literally consisted of a quick wipe-over with a wet cloth and nothing else. My e-bike is almost brand new and just needed a service and cleanup, which was asked, but all the mechanical parts were still dirty and untouched. The chain was still sticky and full of debris, the derailleur had not been touched at all, the brakes were not bled, disks had not been wiped clean. And of course, the battery had not been recharged either, but i should have done that myself. In any case, a bike service for this amount of money - e bike or not - should entail all of the above, without the customer having to mention every single step. The owner obviously thought here comes a stupid tourist with an expensive bike who just wants to spend some money, so let me take him for a ride. This is not what a fair paying customer deserves, and hence you get the bad review you deserve. I could have done this kind of service myself in 5 min, thank you very much.
