Exemplary! I stumbled into the emergency room at midnight on Friday, July 21st, suffering from a myocardial infarction. They immediately took me in without fuss, even as a tourist from the USA. About an hour later I was wheeled into surgery for a balloon & stent procedure, where they saved my life. At every step the manner and professionalism of the nurses and doctors and other staff members at Ospedale Santa'Anna Como, were exemplary - always calm and efficient. I can't imagine being in better hands. Deep gratitude to Dr Russo (cardiologist) and the other doctors and the nurses who treated me.

My grandfather's appointment at 11 am to do chemotherapy. They call me at 12 and tell me that he will enter by 13.30. Angry I say to organize better and the lady replies that if I wanted I could go and get it immediately without treatment and then attacked me in the face. A person of 80 is not treated like this and then it was not the first time that happened ... rudeness.

I think I've never been to a hospital with such incompetents! Absolutely slow and cumbersome service and the nurses don't even know where they are. I would expect more professionalism given that you carry out a service that we pay for and above all that "cares" (if we can say so) our loved ones who at this moment are absolutely not protected in any way. In order to hear from a relative of mine I had to call dozens of times for 3 days in a row and we still have no news! WAKE UP

I waited a long time in the emergency room (20 hours), but I never lacked assistance from the staff. I found everyone very kind and helpful, despite the heavy work they have to endure every day. I was hospitalized for 3 days and I never lacked the support of all the staff, assistants, nurses, doctors; before and after the operation. Very well set up, in my opinion. Thank you so much

In my opinion they don't like children! Personally I have had experiences in urological surgery that to tell them either they censor me or I have to omit the details. The result is that I can't give my daughter a little brother! The thing that bothers them most is their arrogance: it seems to be your fault if they made mistakes. I found the solution by moving away from Como, going to live in Monza.
