The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast and the coffee was excellent. Our rooms were extremely clean and we were very happy staying there.

Chose this hotel as it was a bit further from Venice in the hope it would be a bit quieter with better service. All this came true, Pedro and his mum were extremely welcoming and it felt like it was our own Italian house. Was easy to get to venice, 25min bus in and out. Also a few places to eat and drink nearby the hotel, i really hope we can go back one day!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and found the owner extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We were supplied with maps, bus timetables, local info of where to go and restaurant details on arrival. The information was very detailed and included Venice. Very customer oriented, spoke excellent English and even served us breakfast on the morning we left, this was 2 hours earlier then the normal times. We are more then happy to return.

We used the hotel as our base for going to Venice. Safe place to leave the car and catch the bus just up the road from the hotel. Bus tickets available from the reception. This was a very easy way of doing Venice and then coming back to a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay. Tastefully decorated with nice touches around the the rooms and surroundings to make it special. Fair eating places near the hotel if you did not want to eat in Venice.
