Petrol station with a well organized car and motorcycle wash. Various positions for manual washing and one for brush washing. Large yard with many exhaust fans for internal vehicle cleaning.

Lost a customer. Arrival at 1.15pm from the gas station to wash the car. No one welcomes me; I ask a guy sitting on the ground who smokes (this is already a symbol of lack of seriousness). I tell him that I have to wash the car, he replies that he is paused and starts again at 1.30pm. I ask if there is a colleague who is not paused to wash the car. Answer no. Absurd ... it would be like presenting myself to fill up the servant and to be answered "do it yourself, we are on break". To never again.
