We had to change our built-in fridge, we turned to Officine Elettrodomestici. We found professionalism, competence and kindness from all the staff. The intervention at our home by Mr. Marco proved to be fast, punctual and technically flawless. We found ourselves so well that we even replaced the now obsolete hob. I didn't know who to contact for the repair of my somewhat dated dishwasher and I "trusted" the reviews of this company. I am writing this to confirm them in full: I found professionalism, the price in line with what I thought I wanted to spend, a service that was finally truly attentive to the customer. I called on a Saturday afternoon for a breakdown of my 10 year old dishwasher, I made an appointment for the following week. Two technicians came punctually, in 15 minutes they diagnosed me with the failure, made a quote and informed me that the spare part would arrive about ten days later. Next week another appointment for the assembly of the spare part, the usual punctuality, and a dishwasher again. Beyond the cost, in my opinion fair, I must say that I had never had such a service, many with the words "professionalism and courtesy" fill their mouths, but OFFICINE ELETTRODOMESTICI has certainly made it its goal. Thank you .
