We asked for the availability of a spare part for an air conditioning unit that we had in maintenance. Although they are not a service center for that product, they have managed to provide us with a technical manual and the required spare part. We have found competence and availability. They are bad, rude, we booked the air conditioner card 2 months ago, but it never arrived, with every phone call from us a different excuse, at the last they invented that they had called us to make an appointment and we refused, to say that this call never came to us, and then the worst thing and they don't even listen, they insist they are right, anyway at the end of it all they never fixed the air conditioner, they only stole € 65 from the review and then they didn't they are made more hear, very bad, very bad, very bad, very bad, very bad
