After making me wait outside in the cold for half an hour they did not allow me to enter due to body temperature of 37.5. Back home I carried out the measurement with several thermometers and electronic devices that ALL detected a temperature below 37. Moreover, it is the only place where only the operator sees the temperature. He only told me after I insisted several times. What should I think? I would have liked to have resolved by phone but being incompetent they too wanted me to make this useless appointment with the branch. MIRACULATE!

The Calenzano branch is really good, it's run by friendly people who are always ready to advise you; moreover, there are no waiting files being small; there are ATMs and computers for fast transactions. The location is good because the parking is good, quiet area and is close to the motorway exit so great for those with little time.

Small agency (sin without cash register service) but followed by punctual and professional people. They have followed very well step by step to the mortgage of the house. They give more importance to human relationship and this personally I find it essential. Good job everyone

In this bank it is not possible to pay university unicredit MAV bills despite the fact that the deposed person (a cashier) is inclined to this function. I am not able to give information of any kind and any request is not satisfied. Close it first as a branch because with these reviews it means being totally incompetent and inefficient. Thanks to the lady I will close my account and genius card because the service is not guaranteed in the branch. Greetings.

14 August 2018. I'm going to pay a MAV university bulletin (Unicredit bank bulletin by the way) I was told that I couldn't because I had a PostePay and to go to the post office! (I underline that on the bulletin it says nice big BANK BULLETIN) I wanted to pay the bill with cash but I was told "We have the cash desks closed until September"! I have to graduate in September and the bulletin is precisely of the degree. Fortunately, another bank made me pay for it without any problems, otherwise I had to tell the Rector of the University that the Unicredit of Calenzano does not charge MAV university bills! -.- "I told what happened both to the Post Office and to the Bank where they made me pay and had a great laugh! Ridiculous!
