They don't answer the phone, I went to the branch and the closing time is not 16:55 as indicated but 16:20.

The staff is friendly and willingly exchanges two words with customers, the weak point is the cash served. Often one and sometimes two operators to deal with dozens of customers. I changed banks for these operations.
