Porto To dry clean a suit worth around € 3000. Upon collection, I notice at home that ALL the buttons are broken and half missing. I bring the dress back to the laundry room, and with the dress in front the two owners have the courage to say "it is normal that they break because they are mother of pearl" (the mother of pearl buttons are delicate But this does not mean that if one leads to washing a dress must find the half-broken buttons) "If they are broken it means that they will not be of good quality" (I washed it several times in other laundries and nothing ever happened) ABSURD, YOU DESERVE TO CLOSE FOR RECEIVING AN ANSWER OF THE KIND.
