I am a foreigner and I was traveling in Italy. I had a tightening with a nose and needed a marine spray. I went to the pharmacy (Via di Prato, 145, 50041 Calenzano FI, Italy). I wanted to buy a spray from the sea, but your employee refused the sale and his actions were degrading. My nose hurt and the clerk was laughing. He is not a competent pharmacist. They don't do it to the sick. You are not good. You showed your face. I did not expect such behavior from Italy. It happened on 01/03/2020 estimated time from 16.00 to 17.30
