Availability, friendliness and courtesy absolutely NON-EXISTING!
As if that weren't enough just after turning their backs to go out, the two nice ladies, with total lack of professionalism and respect, began to giggle, teasing for the requested product as I am the only one who ordered it:
"What do we do, do we order other packs?" asks one, "Ahahah! And that we order them just for him?!?!" the other answers giggling ...
You can imagine how good it is to be laughed at for one's illness ... especially by those in the camp
Staff with bad character. Lack of cordiality towards customers and total absence of willingness to give information on any other pharmacies with requested medicines and ALWAYS absent in this Viale Togliatti.
It goes without saying that it is best to go to any other pharmacy.
Too bad because with all the houses that there are in Padule it could really make a difference and help many elderly people who instead have difficulty in walking and are instead forced to go to the center.
I don't even go back if they give me medicine for free.
Personal unkind. To avoid
we are not on the staff: slow and unavailable, even if there is no queue to get rid of it. The only positive note is that you can park easily and the schedule is continued.
