The worst of the worst that ever happened to me. They made an appointment twice in a row without respecting it. I have the place closed due to COVID and I had to come on purpose, with my colleague, twice to the place at 8:00 in the morning to be told that the delivery was for the next day.
Bad experience: they do not come on the date set (by them) and do not warn. On the phone they are not very friendly, and to get the delivery there is to chase them several times by phone. I am only sorry for the companies that rely on this transporter because they probably do not find an alternative to Susa.
I don't deny that I was a little anxious reading the comments. I must say that: I contacted by email and they replied immediately; they called me to agree on the day of delivery; they called me half an hour earlier. What to say? Great service and I saved more or less € 80 on the competition. Bravi
