A very good stylist. Everything to the new Covid regulations. For me important to get Inoa from L Oreal. Daniele, the owner, cuts very well but also the other staff are very efficient. It seems I give only 5 stars but I am a critical, experienced customer in service, guest relation, gastronomie and hôtellerie and only give 5 stars if I recommend an enterprise. Prices are a few percent higher than in the country side but De Mood is a Salon de Coiffure which could be in any big city in the world. Then it would cost at least double!

I was in this salon on Saturday 09/10/2020 for a men's cut and I was a little disappointed. I didn't agree with cutting dry hair without shampooing. Having wavy and frizzy hair it would have been better to comb it wet. I asked for a cut with only scissors but the hairdresser advised me to cut with the machine. The result was definitely not what I was looking for. Obviously, with the machine it takes less time and given the clientele that was there, time was gold. A razor was used for cleaning the neck where it was not possible to change the blade, therefore unhygienic and risky in case of cut. I found the cost very excessive for the service offered to me.

Very very satisfied with the cut and keratin treatment. Just the result I wanted. My hair was dull and worn out and had lost the curl now it is shiny and soft. Kindness, punctuality and professionalism at a very reasonable price. Thanks a lot. Until next time!
