The touristic information site was not well stocked with the Firenze Card. Therefore I was not able to pick it up and start using it right after landing in the city as I had planned. However, the staff was kind enough to call other pickup points near my hotel and confirm which ones had the card in stock so I could save time picking it up at other location.
