A pleasant place to spend a relaxing day, with shows, some to be reviewed, while a must is the exhibition with dolphins, accompanied by explanations about the animals. It is then possible to use the aquatic areas. On the other hand, the organization can be improved, at the entrance there were no brochures and maps in paper form available and the ticket price a little excessive, does not include parking in the surrounding area

I remember this place just opened, I worked with ncc buses. The problem was that for us drivers who brought them 45-50 people who paid a regular entrance ticket, there was only one entry without the drink. If I wanted to eat I had to pay like the others. This bothered me and I repeatedly argued with management that if they gave me back my money, I would bring my passengers back. For reasons of service I was forced to wait for their closure at 17, it was not fair that I had to lose out of my own pocket to fatten their earnings. Or I was forced to eat the sandwich on the bus like the other Romanian colleagues did. We hope that many years later things have changed compared to before, we are not beasts

Too expensive, too crowded and many attractions closed! For what a shame it costs!

I was in the park at the end of August 2019. The park is clean and very fun, with attractions for the whole family, but it is poorly organized. The cost of the tickets (it is better to have them on the website, at least you save even the queue in the cash register) is all in all good, but the prices inside are exaggerated. Parking is also available for a fee. There are at least 3 swimming pools with water slides for all ages (but with shallow water), with the possibility of renting an umbrella and a deck chair (for a fee, but not mandatory), which may not be worth a single day do, considering the rides and appointments with the park. There is a restaurant (which I have not tried) and several dining options (very expensive, considering a very simple hot dog sandwich around 4 euros ...). I found it inconvenient that there is no park map printed on paper, but only occasionally along the way. There is not even a mobile application to cover this. The rides do not all open at the same time and are not even marked on the map (there is the risk of going to a carousel in particular to do less rank and find the carousel still closed), without considering that they are not even very punctual in the opening. Animal shows are instructive and very beautiful, as they also describe their behavior and habits. Finally, there is the possibility of having an experience close to the animals of the park with the instructors with lots of souvenir photos (all of course for a fee, but can also be booked from the internet at the time of the ticket). Even if you don't use the slides of the pools, you should go in a bathing suit, because on some rides (including the trunks) it's like taking a bath. All in all it remains a nice experience for the whole family.

Apart from the very willing and motivated internal operators, I must say that the structure is a little let go compared to a few years ago. The Halloween itineraries set up for the occasion are modest. The animation is always the same There would need to be a modernization of the structures and investments in personnel (not enough). friendliness
