I had to replace my original car radio with another original radio and I needed both unlock the radio and the unlock code (all bought regularly with invoice and chassis number because otherwise they would not even have rightly accepted my request) consequently if the work was successful I would have paid both the unlocking and a possible Pass key, being that it was not known if the radio could be unlocked or not I left the car there (less than two hours) and on my return I was informed that it was not feasible, the cost all of this was € 30 (to check if the radio was compatible and if they could do a job that I would logically have paid), I will have mounted and dismantled the radio at least 10 times and you have to remove exactly 4 screws and a piece of plastic with my hands, I could have "understood" if they had asked me for a minimum for the lost time (considering however that it would also be appropriate to them because with the work f unito I would have certainly paid more) but 30 € for then not having solved anything and seeing the work that was to be done is really a robbery, I'm sorry because the guy who made the appointment was also kind and would have been mine intention if I had had a positive return to them, as far as I'm concerned, however, it will be the first and last time. Not recommended.

The best service from the VW group in the Rome area. 100% their seriousness, 0% the typical approximation of other service centers. I prefer to go to them even if there are other authorized centers in Rome.
