Friendly and professional staff. Gianluca, the owner is really nice and it shows that appreciates his work as few in Italy. I felt treated like a queen: no color or treatment is the same, in fact when I asked to make myself a blonde Gianluca invented the combination of shades of blond that suited me best. At first I was a bit puzzled by the thing but he explained to me that by combining the different shades of blond with a technique called "velando" a completely new, personalized color comes out. The result is very cool, it seems to be my natural color even after some time since I made the color, they remained very natural, without the usual detachment of color from the skin. Really great job.
The experience and professionalism that you find in this place will be difficult to find elsewhere.
