The lady at the very kind reception, who asked me for the personal details as well. A very unprofessional figure behind the counter would have sent me away with a broken foot, an x-ray was due to my presence at the center by paying privately for the service, telling me that the reports would be available the next day. She didn't even want me to ask her a question about the urgency. At that point I gave up the service, it seemed to me not logical to go to a private facility and take longer than going to an emergency room. Maybe before making an appointment at the switchboard they could advise. Really speechless. Will there be a director of the center?

I have been trying unsuccessfully for two days to speak by phone with the Institute to book a paid service. I tried typing all the extensions in the various phone calls. Impossible to speak to anyone!

almost impossible for someone to answer you on the phone, there is the recorded voice: "you are waiting to be connected with the desired extension please wait" and wait, wait ... at the end or you phone somewhere else or you have to go in person, i wonder what the secretaries do possible that nobody wants to answer the phone?
