This place got recommended to us by someone who lives in the area. The shop sells cheese which is made in a small factory, I assume it to be right behind the shop. Fabrizio makes the cheeses and was standing behind the counter as well. Things will not get any more local and authentic then this. Highly recommended if you are looking for real local cheeses!
If you try it, you won't leave it anymore. Kind staff and welcoming environment, but we want to talk about cheeses, Brizia or cold cuts .... my mom I run to eat
Excellent Umbrian cheeses. Experience in processing handed down from father to son. If you are to pay a visit to Umbria I recommend you to go to Passage of Bettina.
Cheeses of their production, in my opinion are very good, I recommend you try it really deserves
