The church of Santa Maria Addolorata is located in the historic center of Cogoleto.
The current construction dates back to the late 1800s.
The facade is simple.
The interior has a single nave, with a longitudinal plan, in a neo-baroque style.
The features that make this church unique are:

- inscription attesting to a destroyed castle on the side of the church.

If you come to Cogoleto you do not have to visit his parish .. it's something spectacular !! The frescoes that decorate it are really beautiful !!

To visit
Really very beautiful the church, inside it is splendidly frescoed. The position in front of the sea is also pleasant because before or after mass you can make four steps either in the center or on a walk in Cogoleto. Every day at 6 pm, plus those at different times on holidays.
