Good evening just so that it does not happen to others the misfortune of running into a bad person after having learned from less than 24 hours of having a bad illness. As you know, the path begins with booking visits and exams with extreme urgency, starting with a Pet with a green doctor's badge. We call the number in charge at 15.52 and a very angry "Madam" bounces badly on Monday, because "she" closes the reservations at 16 ... to which we point out that if you do not book the view, the stamp will probably no longer be valid and "she" tells us that we could wake up earlier ... in my job I have the obligation to respect the opening and closing hours, so at my house at 15.52 for the "Signora" it was still working hours. Let's leave out the good heart and empathy and add that it is not a question of waking up earlier and it is even more useless to specify that we spent this day on the phone in the hope of finding a place for the myriad visits that await us ... I speak in the plural. ... I'm not the sick one, but when you love someone it's as if you were a little bit too. We all have problems and our own personal struggles, but when you do a job where you are serving an audience that is in all likelihood facing the blackest piece of their life, at least some kindness should be included in the package. I wish the Lady to find the serenity she seeks so that she can render a better service to those who will have the misfortune to meet her on her way.

I understand that we are experiencing a particular moment of emergency, but in this structure everything happens ... hospitalized patients are lost, the users in the ward are not offered, the least assistance, they are left to themselves. Meals are considered a luxury, because they are not insured and never at fixed times. Impossible to communicate with the staff of the structure or with the doctors, both in the hospitalization phase and in the discharge phase, moreover the prescriptions for the drugs added to the therapy are not made and those made are wrong ... Here only the nurses in the midst of the general buriana, are the ones who give you minimal answers ... and they are not to blame since they are understaffed and are subjected to hallucinating shifts .... Council ... fruit of a personal experience, not told ... Stay as far away as possible from this property !!

The kindness and organization of the call center is nothing short of painful. I was waiting 35 minutes at the switchboard to see if a visit was moved. This very rude Mrs. Maria replied ... if she gave me her real name ... telling me that I would have to dial another number. I politely asked if he could at least see if anything was released before my appointment and he rudely replied that he would not be able to access the agenda and that I would have to call back. Sometimes I wonder how people like this are lucky enough to have a job without the desire to work. Plus 35 minutes to book a visit ... maybe you should fix something.
