I'm Nichetti Maria Grazia, a patient hospitalized for COVID 19 pneumonia, from 2/11 until 20/11 u.s. I too was like many others, overwhelmed by this virus. I am writing these lines to thank all the staff of the U.O. Medicine PO Sesto San Giovanni pavilion I floor II. During my hospitalization, the doctors including Dr. Marina Caimi, Dr. Andrea Pelucchi, Dr. Cristina Albricci, Dr. Riva treated me with professionalism but also with humanity, encouraging me and keeping daily contacts with my relatives . Even the nursing staff, including Francesco, Antonella, Mariana always kind and ready. But also the auxiliary staff of the bed change and the lunch and cleaning staff ... in short, a hospital managed with professionalism and humanity. Rude and arrogant people at the cup Today I had 3 exams to do when I arrive in the ward and I discover that they have been moved without my knowing anything. I arrive at the cups to ask for explanations and the person at the counter tells me that he called me twice and that therefore the problem was mine. Too bad that my work is not allowed to use the telephone. When I remind the person that there is an answering machine to leave messages, he goes away muttering refusing to give me his name and directions on where the public relations office was

Pure arrogance, my expecting wife with a risky pregnancy, a nurse didn't even hold the door to let her in, if he had her shut behind her. Then I smiled and kindly. A phenomenon of nurses accompanied us to the obstetric ward with a face that reached up to his feet. Everything is fine but the people who have to help you have to be supportive you don't have to beg them to talk.

After going to the emergency room and realizing that my abdominal pain was due to gynecological problems, I was sent to the fifth floor. As soon as I arrived at the entrance of the ward, accompanied in a wheelchair by a very polite nurse as I was unable to walk in pain, I found a very rude nurse who demanded that I get up from my chair despite the excruciating pain. Little by little I went to the SERRATÌ gynecologist's office ... After the visit he prescribed some tests to undergo and he also reassured me telling me that he would take care of me. Too bad he is a doctor not available, he does not respond to messages of any kind, not even to those left on the answering machine and does not answer calls (number easily available on his CV) ... So I found myself with the results of the tests prescribed by a guy and having to search for a doctor who practiced his profession with professionalism and humanity.

VERY bad morning for 7 exactly I arrived in the emergency room with contractions at the 27th week of pregnancy, those at the ps have undergone notes and sat down to then take parameters and everything you need, they accompanied me to the 5th floor and that 2 hours and 42 minutes have passed, I am in pain and terrified because in the past I had a late spontaneous abortion (22 weeks), what is said and written in the medical record Not feeling well at all I intercomed and got out an already angry chick who asks me what there is! I answer them that I felt bad that I had a lot of pain and this thing answers me That who is sick sits there quietly and waits !!! I left A never again, now I'm at Niguarda
