Went there to get my hood cable fixed because it was broken. During the repair they damaged my hood sensor. Now its showing me that the hood is still open even that i closed it properly. After adressing that they told me they die not damage the sensor and that it was damaged before that. But the sensor was totally fine when i arrived there. Would not reccomend going there when you dont speak Italian.

On our way home from Riva to Germany, our car suddenly started to smoke and stink. Police officers recommended Pedrotti and so we took our car there. The employees were very kind and one nice lady even spoke english so we were able to describe what has happened. Our car immediately was taken care of and only 90 minutes after whe arrived, we received our car back to proceed with our trip home. Pedrotti figured out quite quickly that we had replenished too much oil and therefore they have drained the waste oil and everything was fine again. The staff was great and the price more than fair! Thanks for helping us out that quick!

Good wrecker service. Too bad I had to change two tires and the bill was steep. Two tires costing 120 euros (asked my trusted tire dealer) made me pay 240 euros.

Scurvy owner, and very disorganized secretary! I call as instructed to inform me that I am picking up the car, I come and they tell me that there is no driver so I should wait to go to the depot where the car is parked. How much? We do not know! Then on some notes a little higher than our speech, the Owner invites me to go out because I'm creating a crowd, while in the office there are 4 plus another customer who arrived later ... all without masks! At my observation the owner told me that these are not things that concern me because he is behind a glass ... Unprofessional attitude, and lack of respect for the customer!
