The towing service went well, if I had had the car taken to another workshop, the evaluation would have been positive.
Instead at the reception I found myself dealing with really rude people who also made me waste a lot of time.
In addition to this they were unable to understand the car problem. I had to take it to another workshop where luckily I found nice people and in 5 minutes they connected the computer to see the error. Unfortunately, however, the mechanic of the Pedrotti workshop, in addition to not understanding the problem, because too many lights came on, had already reset the errors by not telling me anything, in this way he did more damage than anything else. Among other things, I had to pay for a diagnosis which in reality was not there since they did not understand anything.
To conclude, the towing service works well but I advise you not to have the car taken to their workshop!
Saturday, February 29 at 10 pm we drilled holes on the highway 200km from home returning from the mountain. Full car in 4 with a dog. Mr. Gabriele promptly and cordially intervened, who tugged us into the workshop, replaced the tire and allowed us to leave home. Fast and professional service. Fixed the problem on Saturday night itself avoiding to spend 1/2 nights in the hotel. Super recommended. Thanks from Francesco and family!
January 01, 2020 we found ourselves with our camper in the breakdown on the highway, Mr. Gabriele promptly and cordially intervened, a really friendly and understanding person, he helped us throughout the process.
